When you join, you’ll be immersed into a supportive community of other Women who are here to grow, learn, contribute and support each other. You’ll learn absolutely EVERYTHING you need to know and will have the resources required to support you as you move through the following steps:  

STEP 1: Direction & Vision  

In Week 1 we break down what it takes to become an Invincible Woman and help you to get clear on your aspirations and how to generate the drive required to stay focused and committed to achieving your dreams. 

STEP 2: Building Confidence & Energy 

Learn how to override the negative emotions that are holding you back and wake up every day feeling excited and self assured with some very simple tools. When you are low on energy everything becomes more difficult so I teach you the best ways to create more and how to stop it draining so quickly.  

STEP 3: Calming The Chaos  

You’ll learn how to slow down your thinking, focus your mind and programme it for success. Simple techniques that you can use any time anywhere to put you in control of your emotions and set you on the right path to the outcomes that you want. 

STEP 4: Changing Your Story & Removing Limiting Beliefs 

Success is 80% mindset, 20% skill set. I guarantee you’ll be shocked by the unconscious stories that are causing your procrastination, self-sabotage, perfectionism, and other behavioural patterns that are preventing you reaching your goals. I’ll show you how to rewire your brain and change your limiting beliefs to ones that will give you the courage to take action and keep moving forwards no matter what life throws at you.

No more setting goals that you don't achieve. I’ll show you how to create a life that continues to fill you with excitement and purpose that you can be proud of. Hi! I'm Kerry, and I founded the Invincible Woman Blueprint for one simple reason:  I know what it’s like trying to be everything to everyone. It leaves you with very little time or energy to look after yourself and as a result your body, health and relationships suffer.  

As a former Commonwealth Games athlete, Great Britain Team coach and PE teacher I knew all about health, fitness and success but when I became a mum for the second time and set up my own coaching business I fell into the trap of not looking after myself. 

I was exhausted, stressed, out of shape, out of love with myself and it was having a huge impact on my relationships, business and happiness. Desperate to feel appreciated, in control and successful again I studied, sought help, bought every programme going and worked with some of the best coaches in the world. After 6 years, investing £1000’s, my confidence and marriage at rock bottom I found the missing link and was able to turn my health, relationships and business completely around. 

What had kept me stuck in a ‘stop start’ cycle of sabotaging the very things that I wanted in life was not a lack of willpower or ability but my emotions and  beliefs. Once I understood and learnt  how to be in control of my beliefs and emotions, and how to become more aligned with myself everything changed for me. 

I then started using the same tools and strategies with the women at my FitCamp who kept slipping back into old habits and sabotaging their health and fitness ... and so the ‘Invincible Women Blueprint’ was born.
